Larry Dunn
Larry is primarily a commercial litigator. He has litigated cases involving a wide array of issues, including contract, real estate, commercial and residential landlord/tenant, business, construction defect, and insurance issues. Larry worked at one of the largest volume residential landlord firms in the state, gaining significant experience with the Arizona Residential Landlord Tenant Act. Larry has advised clients on multiple aspects of landlord/tenant law, including lease formation, lease termination, and evictions. He also has assisted his clients in transactional matters, including contract drafting, real estate conveyance, and business formation.
After graduating suma cum laude from Arizona State University in 2004, Larry received his law degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2008. Larry is admitted to practice before all Arizona state courts and the United States District Court of Arizona.
Larry is a native Arizonan. He enjoys spending time with his family and plays violin in the Symphony of the Southwest.
